About Me
I’m a Cleveland, Ohio native turned Pacific Northwest local—still loyal to the Browns and my Midwest roots after more than 20 years out west. These days, I live in Lake Oswego with my wife, Erin, our two Golden Retrievers (Sydney and Birdie), and our cat, Aji—all of whom are top priority, though keeping the dogs active tends to take the most time (and is the most fun).
During football season, our Saturdays are a “House Divided”—my Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Erin’s Oregon Ducks. Living in Duck country hasn’t changed where I stand, but it definitely keeps things interesting.
Outside of work, Erin and I spend as much time as we can golfing, traveling, and being with friends and family. Whether it’s exploring new places, finding a great spot to eat, or just relaxing near the water, we try to keep life balanced and fun. Living in the PNW makes that easy—mountains, coast, and everything in between.
I’m a laid-back guy who appreciates a good sense of humor and straightforward conversation. I tend to keep things simple, whether it’s life or work.
Professionally, I focus on improving how businesses operate—aligning teams, simplifying complexity, and building systems that create a better customer experience while making internal execution more efficient. I do my best work in low-politics, high-integrity environments where people care about outcomes and how they get there.
